RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Making a return for a refund, store credit, or exchange is easy using our Returns service. All returns must be made within 30 days. For full details on how to return your purchase see our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Please note you can only exchange items for a different item based on stock availability.
Items should be returned unused with all packaging. Returns that are damaged or used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please email email@example.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without Phase Zero Makeup packaging.
Skincare and cosmetics must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise we will not accept them. Please note, fragrance, nail polish and aerosols are final sale and will not be returned due to restrictions by the Department of Transportation.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of use are not considered to be faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply return the faulty goods to us within 30 days of the day you received them. Where possible, we will offer to exchange the item. If it cannot be exchanged and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Phase Zero Makeup account.
