Where does Phase Zero Makeup ship?

Pretty much everywhere. We currently ship to over 160 countries and regions.

  • US deliveries usually arrive in 2–5 working days.
  • UK & Europe (Germany, France, Spain and beyond) take 8–12 working days.
  • Worldwide (yes, even Australia, China, or New Zealand) usually arrives in 10–15 working days.

And because we know waiting isn't fun — all orders placed before 12pm CT (Texas) ship out the same day.

When will my order ship?

Here's how it works:

You place an order (takes seconds).

We process it (usually 1 working day, 2 max during peak times).

We ship it — using real-time data to choose the fastest option from our carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS and partners).

If you order before 12pm CT, we'll ship it that same business day. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

Returns & Refunds

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your Phase Zero products. Please reach out to hello@phasezeromakeup.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

What's your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Order number must be provided to place a return.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at hello@phasezeromakeup.com and we'll help you place the return.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at hello@phasezeromakeup.com and we'll be sure to get you the Phase Zero product that you ordered.

Tracking Issues

I'm having problems with tracking

Sometimes carriers take a day or two to update their systems. If your tracking hasn't moved or isn't working, just email us at hello@phasezeromakeup.com and we'll sort it out.
