Try our ranges for 30 days. If it doesn't feel and perform better than anything else you own, we'll make it right.

• Not the right shade? Email us at hello@phasezeromakeup.com with your order number and we'll help you find one that works.
• Prefer your money back? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll take it from there. Refunds go to your original payment method, less delivery and a $6 processing fee. Delivery costs aren't refundable, whether you paid them at checkout or we covered them.
• Damaged or wrong item? Full refund including delivery, no fee. Just send us a photo.

Bundles and sets are refunded as a whole order. We're happy to swap part of a set for items of equal or lesser value.

UK and EU customers keep their statutory cancellation rights, which apply alongside this policy.

We monitor returns and reserve the right to limit or refuse this policy where it's misused.
