Where does Phase Zero Makeup ship?

We currently ship to over 60 countries, including the US, the UK, across Europe, Australia, Canada, Japan and New Zealand. If your country is available, you'll see it as an option at checkout.

Delivery times once your order ships:
US: 2 to 5 working days
UK and Europe: 8 to 12 working days
Rest of the world: 10 to 15 working days

When will my order ship?

Here's how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing typically takes 1 working day (up to 2 during peak season). Orders placed before 12pm CT are processed the same business day. We then choose the fastest option from our carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS and their partners). You'll get a shipment notification email as soon as your package ships.

I'm having problems with the tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1 to 2 business days to register your shipment. If your tracking number isn't updating or working at all, email us at hello@phasezeromakeup.com and we'll look into it.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is going to the wrong address, email hello@phasezeromakeup.com as soon as possible. Once an order is being packed or shipped, we can no longer change it.

How can I change the currency I'm shopping in?

Use the currency selector on the site to switch. We currently work with £, $ and € as our main currencies.
